Kenya Gakuyu-ini
A washed coffee from Kenya. The tasting notes from Happy Mug are bright, green grapes, and cane sugar. I'd recommend brewing this in a pourover or AeroPress. When roasting, I keep this coffee to a light roast level stopping right at the end of first cracks or a few degrees beyond. Also, Happy Mug is out of stock, so get your hands on some of this excellent coffee while I've got the last few pounds!
