Ethiopia Koke Honey
A honey processed coffee from Yirgacheffe. I'd recommend brewing this in an AeroPress! Happy Mug lists tasting notes of Blueberry & Honey Blossom. This coffee shines in a light roast. An intensely fruit forward and floral cup with plenty of lemony acidity to make the flavors pop. One of my favorite Ethiopian coffees I've ever roasted.
