Honduras La Paz
This is my favorite daily morning coffee at the moment I'm writing this. It has a strong dark chocolate flavor but still retains a hint of floral notes and sweetness when roasted just right. In my opinion, this coffee does best in a Medium roast brought nearly to dark. What some people would call "Full City" - almost to 2nd crack but stopped a few degrees before. This is my conversion coffee for people who enjoy standard grocery store dark roast.
